What is RFB?

RFB is a market-leading online health, safety and compliance management tool. The product delivers proven efficiency and transparency to Facilities, Estates and Compliance Managers by centralising records and information storage, and enhancing monitoring and reporting on health and safety requirements across building portfolios.

 

From recording real-time legionella, fire and routine monitoring using our handheld monitoring App, to updating interactive asbestos registers, floor plans and creating reports via our dashboard reporting centre- RFB provides a user-friendly solution to modern building management.

 

Product History

Our development team have been delivering innovative technologies to assist customers in efficiently managing health, safety and compliance disciplines in their buildings for over 15 years. In 2003, we were commissioned to create a web based Asbestos and Safety Management Tool for a large telecommunications organisation thus enabling the client to move to a paperless, centralised system that effectively provided a safer working environment for contractors, building users and managers alike. It was at this stage that the first iteration of RFB was realised and since then, our product has gone from strength to strength.

 

Ongoing Innovation
Since 2003, we have worked with our clients, affiliated Health and Safety Consultants and Building Surveyors to create a range of online solutions that focus on all key areas of health and safety compliance and can be tailored to match our customers’ specific interests and requirements. RFB now encompasses a complete compliance tool with a wide variety of user functionality and reporting capability that we feel both simplifies and centralises statutory record keeping across all building sectors.
